Full payment is required upon enrollment unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.
All fees are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment methods accepted include; credit/debit
Late or failed payments may result in restricted access to the course until payment is received.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any courses, digital products, or community forum memberships.
Once access to the course or forum has been granted, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be permitted.
Global Compete is not responsible for any decisions made based on course content.
We do not guarantee job placement or specific outcomes after completing our courses.
In no event shall Global Compete be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed 10% of the total amount paid by the user for the course or community.
In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiations.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Australian laws.
Legal action should only be considered as a last resort after exhausting all alternative dispute resolution methods.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
